A new health report has given a new title to the state of deadly diseases, that are prevalent in the country. A study by Apollo Hospitals has indicated a decline in the overall health of Indians.

The report, which was released on World Health Day 2024 on April 7, revealed that 14 lakh people in India had cancer in 2020, and the number is expected to rise to 15.7 lakh by 2025.
