A striking Richmond warehouse conversion draped in Boston ivy and built into the suburb’s historic Malthouse building has passed in under the hammer.

Part of a celebrated conversion by renowned architect Nonda Katsalidis, the home is built into one of the early sites of Australian maltings giant Barrett Burston.
