“Soccer taught me how to stay calm when the game speeds up,” Brewer says. “In business, things speed up all the time. You either panic or you focus.”

Early Life and NCAA Division I Soccer

At Sacred Heart University, Brewer was a four-year starter on the NCAA Division I men’s soccer team. He also earned a degree in Communications Technology. Balancing school and high-level sport required structure.

“You don’t get results by accident,” he says. “You earn them through repetition and focus. Training was daily. Film review was weekly. You stick to the process.”

He remembers long practice days followed by late-night study sessions. There was no shortcut. Just routine.

“That’s when I realised discipline is freedom,” he adds. “If you control your habits, you control your outcomes.”

Starting in Sales and Learning How Businesses Operate

After graduating in 2013, Brewer entered the workforce through sales. He joined YP.com as an Account Executive. He worked with local business owners. He helped them improve visibility and reach more customers.

It was his first close look at how small companies survive.

“I sat across from owners who worked 60-hour weeks,” he recalls. “They knew their craft. But they didn’t always understand the systems behind their costs.”

Later, he moved to Thomson Reuters FindLaw in Boston. There, he worked with law firms across New England. The work became more complex. Pricing structures were layered. Services were bundled.

“That’s when I started noticing how confusing things could get,” he says. “People were paying for services they didn’t fully understand.”

The pattern stuck with him.

Seeing the Gap in Merchant Services

Over time, Brewer became focused on one specific issue. Payment systems were difficult for many business owners to interpret. Statements were dense. Fees were unclear.

“If you don’t understand a system, you can’t control it,” he says. “And if you can’t control it, you can’t improve it.”

That idea became the seed for something bigger.

In 2019, Brewer made a bold move. He relocated to Las Vegas and founded Greenhub. The goal was not to chase hype. It was to simplify a complex part of business operations.

“It wasn’t about being flashy,” he says. “It was about clarity. If we could make things easier to understand, we could make them easier to manage.”

Building Greenhub One Client at a Time

The early days were lean. Brewer handled most responsibilities himself. Sales. Operations. Client communication. Problem solving.

“I treated it like pre-season training,” he says. “No one sees that part. You just put in the reps.”

Growth came slowly but steadily. Greenhub focused on retail, e-commerce, and B2B sectors. Brewer emphasised transparency and clear communication.

He kept routines tight. Early mornings. Gym five days a week. Structured work blocks.

“If I let my schedule drift, everything drifts,” he says. “Routine keeps pressure manageable.”

In 2025, Brewer’s work was recognised when he was named a Vegas Inc 40 Under 40 honoree. The recognition reflected leadership and impact in Southern Nevada’s business community.

“It was an honour,” he says. “But awards aren’t the goal. Building something solid is.”

The Role of Fitness and Outdoor Focus

Outside of business, Brewer stays active. Snowboarding in winter. Mountain biking in summer. Travelling in his truck camper to chase new terrain.

“Being outdoors resets my head,” he says. “When you’re riding a trail or dropping into fresh snow, you’re fully present.”

He sees a direct link between physical discipline and business performance.

“If I skip workouts for a week, I feel it in my decision-making,” he admits. “Clarity starts with energy.”

Teaching Others What He Learned

Now, Brewer is developing a merchant services course. The aim is to help aspiring entrepreneurs understand how systems work and how residual income models function.

“So many people want flexibility,” he says. “But they don’t know where to begin. Education makes it less intimidating.”

He does not promise overnight success. Instead, he talks about steady habits.

“Most people underestimate what steady effort can do,” he says. “Big change usually comes from doing small things well, over and over.”
